The Project will include the following objectives and tasks:
- Work with HEITBC to leverage provincial higher education purchasing power
- Through a competitive process, find a reseller to manage the overall UBC campus agreement including invoicing and the management of additional agreements that may be required by departments
- Identify FTE calculation requirements, identifying data sources, and developing consistent reporting mechanisms
- Completing the contract process and reporting FTE calculations
- Identify and develop required business processes (e.g. software distribution)
- Set up provisioning and VLK servers
- Develop and implement communication and promotion plans
