Goals and Objectives

The Project will include the following objectives and tasks:

  1. Work with HEITBC to leverage provincial higher education purchasing power
  2. Through a competitive process, find a reseller to manage the overall UBC campus agreement including invoicing and the management of additional agreements that may be required by departments
  3. Identify FTE calculation requirements, identifying data sources, and developing consistent reporting mechanisms
  4. Completing the contract process and reporting FTE calculations
  5. Identify and develop required business processes (e.g. software distribution)
  6. Set up provisioning and VLK servers
  7. Develop and implement communication and promotion plans
