You have already provisioned an Office 365 Personal Mailbox, the details of which are on display on this Screen, including your temporary password. 
You can also reset your password for your Office 365 Mailbox, by clicking ‘Reset Password’. This may take up to 30 minutes after which you can log into your Mailbox using the Office 365 Link on this page. 
If your status appears as active your password has been reset. 
You can opt to deactivate this service by clicking on ‘Manage Mapping of Aliases to destinations’ and deleting the mapping to your office 365 Mailbox.
