Desktop Services Support Information
Most groups have settled into the CIRS building, and are now entering a more operational mode of support from UBC IT.
- All users may request support by submitting a ticket to http://it.ubc.ca/SOS for Desktop Services support, or call 604-827-HELP (604-827-4357).
- Some CIRS groups handle PC desktop requests (not VDI) through their home departments. These groups will have their ticket referred to their home department. (Or users in these groups can contact their home department directly.)
If you have any questions, please contact Desktop Services or your unit administrator for CIRS

The Home Drive is located within the EAD domain. If you are part of a different domain, please discuss the feasibility of H:\ with your home department administrator.
