However, the Help Desk doesn't support everything - before you contact the Help Desk, please check what we support , and have detailed information on hand about the nature of your computer problem.

(What's a callback?)UBC IT is launching a callback feature pilot for the IT Service Centre. Rather than waiting in the queue, you can request a callback to a phone number of your choice. We will have this feature in place for the next 6 months, to gauge its value to the community.
