This Screen enables all entitled users to:
1. Create a UBC Student Alias (@alumni.ubc.ca) and forward this address to a destination email of your choice.

2. Create a UBC Student Alias (@alumni.ubc.ca) and provision a Personal Office 365 Mailbox.

3. Opt out of either of the above selections
• To opt out of forwarding to a destination email of your choice: a user must either;
Delete the registered email destination
Delete your mapping
• To opt out of a Personal Office 365 Mailbox: a user must;
Delete your mapping Current students and alumni are eligible for this service.
