Information Security

Privacy and Information Security Training

Privacy & information security training is mandatory for those who use UBC Electronic Information and Systems.

Encryption Services

Encryption is available at no cost for the protection of confidential and sensitive UBC data stored on devices used by faculty or staff for university business. UBC policy requires that all mobile devices storing personal information must be encrypted.

Enhanced CWL

Keep UBC information secure. Update your Campus-Wide Login (CWL) account to an Enhanced CWL account by November 1, 2019
