The UBC IT Help Desk has officially moved to a new location on the main floor of the Koerner Library. Open from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday to Friday, the IT Help Desk is available for students, faculty, staff, and researchers who need IT assistance.
Currently, the IT Help Desk provides walk-in support for:
- Campus-wide Login (CWL)
- Wireless
- Connect E-Learning
- Student and Alumni email
- ResNet
- Sophos Anti-Virus
- Faculty and Staff email (FASmail)
- myVPN
Drop by to say hello and check out the new IT Help Desk location anytime from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday to Friday!
If you can't make it to the walk-in location at the Koerner Library, you can also call the IT Help Desk at 604-822-2008 from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday. For more information on how to contact the IT Help Desk, visit our support page.
