Netinfo
Although the student Netinfo and Interchange email service is operational and still accepting some new subscribers, the service will soon be phased out due to aging hardware and lack of vendor support. Before signing up, please note that a new replacement service called Student and Alumni Email is expected in Fall 2011. If you don't need a UBC email account right away, please consider holding off until the new service is available.

UBC Vancouver students enrolled in undergraduate or graduate programs are eligible for a free Netinfo account, which includes:
- A Netinfo email account with 120 MB of mailbox space
- Support via the web and the IT Service Centre Help Desk
Creating your free Netinfo account only takes a few minutes using our online registration form

| Mailbox | $1.25 per 10 megabytes for each thirty-day interval. |
Billing - You can pay for services with debit card, cheque or cash deposit.
How to order account options
By phone, contact the Accounts department .
In person, come to room 209 of the L.S. Klinck Building. Hours of operation are 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday.
