UBC Faculty & Staff

Although the Interchange email service is operational and still accepting some new subscribers, the service will soon be phased out due to aging hardware and lack of vendor support. There is a replacement service called FASmail (Faculty and Staff Email.) There is a project underway to migrate faculty, staff and Emeriti from Interchange to FASmail. More information about this project and service is available here.

Before requesting an Interchange account, please check with your department's IT admin staff to determine if your department is already using FASmail.
