How to Enable Cookies
To enable cookies , follow the instructions below for the browser version you are using.
Apple Safari 5.x+
- Open Safari if it is not already open.
- Select Safari > Preferences.
- Click Privacy.
- In the Block cookies section, specify when Safari should accept cookies from websites.
Google Chrome v21+
- Click the Chrome menu icon on the browser toolbar.
- Select Settings.
- Click Show advanced settings.
- In the Privacy section, click the Content settings button.
- In the Cookies section, select Allow local data to be set.
- Click OK to save changes.
Mozilla Firefox 4.0+
- Select the Firefox button on browser window.
- Select Options.
- Select Privacy icon.
- Check the box corresponding to Accept cookies from sites.
- Click OK to save changes.
Mozilla Firefox 3.x
- Go to the Tools menu.
- Select Options.
- Select the Privacy tab.
- Check the box corresponding to Accept cookies from sites.
- Click OK to save changes.
Mozilla Firefox (1.0 final release and earlier)
- Go to the Tools menu.
- Select Options.
- Select the Privacy icon in the left panel.
- Check the box corresponding to Allow sites to set cookies.
- Click OK to save changes.
Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0+
- Select Internet Options from the Tools menu.
- Click on the Privacy tab.
- Click the Default button (or manually slide the bar down to "Medium") under "Settings".
- Click OK.
Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.x
- Select Internet Options from the Tools menu.
- Click on the Security tab.
- Click the Custom Level button.
- Scroll down to the Cookies section.
- To enable:
- Set Allow cookies that are stored on your computer to Enable .
- Set Allow per-session cookies to Enable .
- Click OK.
Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.x
- Select Internet Options from the View menu.
- Click on the Advanced tab.
- Scroll down to find "Cookies" within the Security section.
- To enable:
- Select Always accept cookies.
- Click OK.
Netscape 7.1/Mozilla 5.0
- Select Preferences from the Edit menu.
- Click on the arrow next to Privacy & Security in the scrolling window to expand.
- Under Privacy & Security, select Cookies.
- Select Enable all cookies.
- Click OK.
Netscape Communicator 4.x
- Select Preferences from the Edit menu.
- Find the "Cookies" section in the "Advanced" category.
- To enable:
- Select Accept all cookies (or Enable all cookies ).
- Click OK.
How to Clear Cookies and Browsing Data
If you are having trouble accessing a login page try clearing the browser's cache and cookies in addition to restarting the browser.
Internet Explorer 11
Clearing Browser Cache:
- Open Internet Explorer.
- Navigate to Tools > Delete browsing history... The Delete Browsing
- History window opens.
- Check Temporary Internet files and website files.
- Ensure no other options are checked.
- Click Delete. The cache is cleared.
Clearing Browser Cookies:
- Open Internet Explorer.
- Navigate to Tools > Delete browsing history…
- The Delete Browsing History window opens.
- Check Cookies and website data
- Ensure no other options are checked.
- Click Delete. Cookies are cleared.
Mozilla Firefox
Clearing Browser Cache:
- Open Firefox.
- From the Firefox menu in the top-left corner, navigate to History > Clear Recent History… The Clear Recent History window opens.
- Click the Details down arrow.
- Check Cache.
- Ensure no other options are checked.
- From Time range to clear:, select how far back in time you want Firefox to go in clearing the cache.
- Click Clear Now. The cache is cleared.
Clearing Browser Cookies:
- Open Firefox.
- From the Firefox menu in the top-left corner, navigate to History > Clear Recent History… The Clear Recent History window opens.
- Click the Details down arrow.
- Check Cookies
- Ensure no other options are checked.
- From Time range to clear:, select how far back you want Firefox to go in clearing cookies.
- Click Clear Now. Cookies are cleared.
Google Chrome
Clearing Browser Cache:
- Open Chrome.
- Click the customize/control icon (three parallel horizontal bars) in the top-right corner.
- Click Settings.
- At the bottom of the page, click Show advanced settings…
- From the Privacy section, click Clear browsing data… The Clear Browsing Data window opens.
- Check Empty the cache.
- Ensure no other options are checked.
- From Obliterate the following items from:, select how far back you want Chrome to go in clearing the cache.
- Click Clear browsing data. The cache is cleared.
Clearing Browser Cookies:
- Open Chrome.
- Click the customize/control icon (three parallel horizontal bars) in the top-right corner.
- Click Settings. At the bottom of the page, click Show advanced settings…
- From the Privacy section, click Clear browsing data… The Clear Browsing Data window opens.

- Navigate to Safari > Preferences…
- Click the Privacy tab.
- Click Remove All Website Data… A confirmation window opens.
- Click Remove Now. Cookies are cleared.
How to Enable Javascript
To enable javascript , follow the instructions below for the browser version you are using.
Apple Safari
- Open Safari if it is not already open.
- Choose Action menu (gears icon) > Preferences.
- Click Security.
- Make sure these checkboxes are selected: Enable plug-ins, Enable Java, and Enable Javascript.
- Make sure this checkbox is not selected: Block pop-up windows.
Google Chrome v21+
- Click the Chrome menu on the browser toolbar.
- Select Settings.
- Click Show advanced settings.
- In the Privacy section, click the Content settings button.
- In the Javascript section, select Allow all sites to run Javascript.
- Click OK to save changes.
Mozilla Firefox 3.x+
- On the Tools menu, click Options.
- Select the Content tab.
- Check the box next to Enable JavaScript.
- Click the Advanced button to open the Advanced JavaScript Settings box.
- Check the boxes under Allow scripts to section that you want to allow.
- Click OK.
- Click OK.
Mozilla Firefox (1.0 final release and earlier)
- On the Tools menu, click Options.
- Click Web Features in the Options list.
- Under the Web Features section, check the box next to Enable JavaScript.
- Click the Advanced button to open the Advanced JavaScript Options box.
- Check the boxes under Allow scripts to section that you want to allow.
- Click OK.
- Click OK.
Mozilla
- On the Edit menu, click Preferences.
- Double click Advanced in the Category list.
- Select Scripts & Plugins from the menu.
- Under the Enable JavaScript for section, check the box next to Navigator.
- Check the boxes under Allow scripts to section that you want to allow.
- Click OK.
Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.0x+
- On the Tools menu, click Internet Options.
- On the Security tab , click Internet.
- Click Custom Level.
- Scroll down to Active Scripting.
- Click Enable (or Prompt ).
- Click OK.
- Click Yes.
- Click OK.
Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.x
- Select Internet Options from the View menu.
- Click the Secutity tab.
- Click Custom.
- Click Settings.
- Scroll down to locate Scripting.
- Select Enable for Active Scripting.
- Click OK , then click the Reload button.
Netscape 7
- On the Edit menu, click Preferences.
- Double click Advanced in the Category list.
- Select Scripts & Plugins from the menu.
- Under the Enable JavaScript for section, check the box next to Navigator.
- Check the boxes under Allow scripts to section that you want to allow.
- Click OK.
Netscape Communicator 4.x
- Select Preferences from the Edit menu.
- Click Advanced.
- Check in both Enable Java and Enable JavaScript.
- Click OK.
