How much will it cost to implement the project that I have in mind?

Can I have a new AV system put into an existing room?
Yes, we design and install systems for both new and existing spaces.

Do you install small AV systems or parts of systems?
Yes, we do projects of all shapes and sizes. Contact one of our Project Managers or email the AV Help Desk and tell us about what you want to do. We will get back to you with more details.

Will you work with UBC Building Operations, UBC Project Services, or UBC Properties Trust to do a new construction project or renovation?
Yes. We have great relationships with Building Operations and UBC Project Services as well as UBC Properties Trust. We can provide design and spec documents only or manage your design-build project from start to finish. Please visit the AV System Design & Documentation page for more info.

Will you show me how to use the new system once it is installed?
Yes. User training is always the final and most important step of the installation process. We will meet you on site and walk you through each and every function until you feel comfortable and capable of operating the system on your own.

I am renovating a room on campus and want to get rid of my old AV equipment. Can you help?
Yes, we'd be happy to assess your old AV equipment and make any arrangements for removal and/or disposal.
