Notice: Fiscal Year End
The fiscal year-end of March 31st, 2024 is fast approaching. In an effort to streamline the year-end process and ensure all charges relating to the current fiscal year 2023/2024 are accounted for; please be aware of the following:
- All orders that are planned for the fiscal 2023/2024 must be submitted before February 23rd to ensure delivery before March 28th, 2024
- Orders placed on or after February 24th will assume to be rollover and be billed for fiscal 2024/2005
- Dell and Lenovo Standard Laptops currently have an ETA of 3-4 weeks

UBC IT offers procurement support for computing hardware, including desktops, laptops, tablets and monitors to all UBC faculty and staff. The benefits of buying products through UBC IT include:
- Discounted pricing based on UBC's purchase volume agreements

UBC IT is able to provide price quotes and order the full line of Apple products. If you wish to order Apple products through UBC IT Desktop Services, please begin the process by creating a ticket to capture your requirements and track your request.
