Service Requirements

The Patch Management service requires that administrators have:

• An EAD account
• A computer running Microsoft Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox, and an internet connection
• Outbound ports 80 and 443 must be opened to allow communication with the patching server
• Any other automatic updates should be disabled
