Individual Services
These are services that are available for individual users, such as desktop support, new equipment, access to networks or applications, telephone set up, virtual desktops and more that are required for three user situations:
- Onboarding: A user is starting with your unit
- Offboarding: A user is no longer with your unit
- Incident: There is an issue with an already-provisioned service
Unit Administrators may wish to prepare an onboarding and offboarding checklist. A blank sample checklist is included for your reference. If you do not have a checklist, please use our general CIRS onboarding checklist.

Unit-Level Services
These are typically services such as wiring, server changes, databases, or web sites. These are services that are for one or more users, or are non-standard requests for an individual user.
