April 25, 2012 | Email Notification sent to around 875 Faculty & Staff that were identified by
departmental administrators as accounts that do not need to be migrated to FASmail. The
message is intended to let them know that access to their old Interchange account would
be removed at the end of May 2012. Further communications will be sent out as the clean-up and migration efforts continue. |
February 7, 2012 | Email Notification sent to around 4,000 Faculty & Staff that were successfully
migrated to FASmail letting them know that access to their old Interchange account
would be removed on Feb 22nd 2012. Further communications will be sent out as the clean-up and migration efforts continue. |
January 27, 2012 | Email Notification sent to FASmail Admins, Tracc-II Admin and SNAG notifying them that users that were successfully migrated to FASmail (~4,000) will lose access to their old Interchange mailbox in Feb 2012 and that the team would be in touch regarding the remainder by the end of February. |
November, 2011 | Remaining Faculties begin their Exchange 2007 migrations to FASmail. |
November, 2011 | All Interchange mailboxes identified by Departmental IT Administrators migrated to FASmail. |
May, 2011 | Remaining Faculties begin their Interchange migrations to FASmail. |
April 11, 2011 | Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences begins Interchange migrations to FASmail. |
