Overview
The IT Service Management Program (ITSM) at UBC is a series of projects and activities to implement select ITIL principles and processes, as well as technologies to support service-oriented IT delivery.
Six IT departments are collaborating in ITSM Program: UBC IT, Sauder Learning & Technology Services, Centre for Teaching and Learning Technologies, Applied Science IT, MedIT, and Arts Instructional Support & IT.
