Our Project Managers have extensive experience overseeing projects and systems of various sizes and levels of complexity, and will coordinate trades and services to ensure the timely and cost-effective completion of any AV project. Our expertise in flat-panel and projection presentation systems, teleconferencing and videoconferencing solutions as well as digital signage enables us to create complete systems to fit any need and budget.
Our team will perform a site visit to gather information and conduct a needs analysis for each system. Once we have, we will solicit quotes from our pre-qualified vendors to ensure the best possible pricing and provide a quote or estimate for the work to be completed. For larger scale projects, we can create documents to be sent out for tender. With multiple companies bidding to perform the work, this process ensures fair and competitive pricing.
Every completed project undergoes rigorous commissioning to ensure proper functionality. Before turning the system over to the end-user, our support staff and Project Managers put the system through its paces and resolve any outstanding deficiencies. This commissioning process is key to the successful completion of any project.
